Founded in 1818 in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Billecart-Salmon is one of the last great family-owned Champagne houses. The Brut Réserve is the house flagship — a Chardonnay-led blend of all three Champenois varieties. In Jeroboam format (3 litres, the equivalent of 4 standard bottles), the larger format slows the ageing process, delivering a finer, more persistent mousse and greater complexity than the standard 75cl.

Tasting Notes

Subtle pale gold with delicate effervescence. Fresh fruit, biscuit, and a delicate floral lift. Apple, crunchy pear, roasted notes, and citrus build through a fine, persistent mousse to a lively, mineral finish of impressive length.
