Founded in 1818 in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Billecart-Salmon is one of the last great family-owned Champagne houses. The Brut Réserve is the house flagship — a Chardonnay-led blend of all three Champenois varieties, crafted to deliver freshness, elegance, and balance in every glass. In Magnum format, the larger 1.5 litre bottle slows the ageing process, allowing the wine to develop greater complexity and a finer, more persistent mousse than the standard 75cl.

Tasting Notes

Subtle pale gold with delicate, persistent effervescence. Notes of fresh fruit, biscuit, and a delicate floral lift. Apple, crunchy pear, roasted notes, and citrus build through a fine, persistent mousse to a lively, mineral finish of impressive length.
