IWC Provence Rosé Trophy 2026 — The Only Still Rosé to Claim the Crown

This is not just a debut — it's a statement. The 2025 Queen Côtes de Provence Rosé has been awarded the IWC Provence Rosé Trophy 2026, making it the only still rosé in the competition to receive this honour. For a first vintage, this is an extraordinary achievement and a clear signal that Queen has arrived as one of Provence's most exciting new names.

My Wine Man on Queen

Queen is a new estate born from a passion for the classic Provençal style — pale, precise, and effortlessly elegant. Sourced from the sun-drenched hillsides of the Côtes de Provence appellation, the estate works with traditional Provençal varieties, embracing the region's limestone and clay soils to craft wines of genuine terroir expression. The winemaking philosophy is one of restraint and respect: gentle pressing, cool fermentation, and minimal intervention to let the fruit and place speak for themselves. That this debut vintage has already claimed one of the wine world's most coveted rosé trophies speaks volumes about the quality of the fruit and the vision behind the wine.

Tasting Notes

Pale salmon-pink in the glass with a luminous clarity. The nose is delicate and inviting — fresh strawberry, white peach, and a whisper of rose petal, lifted by a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is crisp and focused, with flavours of ripe red berry, citrus zest, and a touch of dried herbs characteristic of the garrigue. The finish is clean, refreshing, and beautifully long for a rosé of this style.

Style & Drinking Window

Light to medium-bodied with vibrant acidity and a silky texture. This is a wine built for pleasure now — drink from 2025 through 2027. No decanting required; serve well-chilled at 8–10°C for the best expression.

Food Pairing

The crisp, fruit-forward delicacy of the Queen Côtes de Provence Rosé makes it a perfect match for Canadian Frozen Wild Sockeye Salmon Fillet (Sashimi Grade) from My Meat Man. The wine's bright citrus zest and mineral finish complement the rich, clean flavour of wild sockeye beautifully — whether served as sashimi, lightly seared with a herb crust, or baked with lemon and capers.

Why This Is a Smart Buy

At HK$199, the 2025 Queen Côtes de Provence Rosé is exceptional value for an IWC Trophy-winning wine. Comparable award-winning Provence rosés regularly command HK$280–$350 or more. This is a first vintage that has already outperformed established names — and at this price, it's one of the smartest buys in our rosé collection. Stock is limited; this won't last.
