Deep olive-brown, coating the sides of the glass briefly when it is swirled; needless to say, is exceptionally rich and luscious, but - even more - complex, with a dense array of oriental sweet spices, dried raisins, and (for me) childhood memories of mother 's Christmas pudding laced with brandy. And, yes, this really does go with dark, bitter chocolate in any form. Cork.
