Tasting Notes

Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles. Fresh and delicate — white fruits lead: pear, peach, and fresh apricot, with a lift of white flowers and a subtle hint of rose. Dried fruit aromas reveal a wine that is beginning to develop beautifully. On the palate, lush, generous, and creamy — driven by white peach, pear, and a lemon zest freshness on the finish.
