Tasting Notes

Pale gold with fine, elegant bubbles. Pure and refined. Fresh citrus, lemon zest and white grapefruit, alongside green apple and a subtle floral lift, with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier adding a gentle red fruit undercurrent and a hint of brioche. Bone-dry, focused, and mineral on the palate. Fine persistent bubbles carry through to a long, clean, refined finish.
