Kym Teusner is one of the Barossa's most celebrated boutique winemakers. The Wark Family Shiraz is one of his most respected single-vineyard expressions — sourced from old, dry-grown Barossa fruit and matured in French oak.

Tasting Notes

Deep crimson with bright fruit. Dark plum, blackberry, dark chocolate, mocha, dried herbs and a touch of clove. The palate is full-bodied with ripe velvety tannins and a long, generous finish.

Full-bodied with velvety tannins. Drinking beautifully now and through 2032. Decant 1 hour.

An old-vine Barossa Shiraz of this quality deserves the finest beef.
