Mitolo is one of McLaren Vale's most respected boutique wineries — founded by Frank Mitolo in 1999 with winemaker Ben Glaetzer. The Jester is the estate's most accessible Shiraz — McLaren Vale fruit, ripe but balanced.

Tasting Notes

Deep crimson. Ripe plum, blackberry, dark chocolate, mocha and a touch of vanilla. The palate is full-bodied with ripe tannins and a long, generous finish.
