Grant Burge is one of the Barossa's most successful family wine producers, the Burge family has been growing grapes in the Barossa since 1855. Balthasar is the estate's premium Eden Valley single-vineyard Shiraz expression.

Tasting Notes

Deep crimson. Black pepper, dark plum, blueberry, dark chocolate and a touch of cedar. Full-bodied with fine tannins and a long, peppery cool-climate finish.
