Domaine de l'Amandine is a family estate in the Séguret commune of the Côtes du Rhône, one of the appellation's most prestigious Villages designations. The wines are made in a classic, food-friendly Southern Rhône style.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby. Red plum, raspberry, garrigue herbs, white pepper and a touch of spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied with ripe tannins and a long, generous finish.

Medium to full-bodied with ripe tannins. Drinking well now and through 2028.

Food Pairing

A Southern Rhône Villages red pairs beautifully with lamb. We love it with Australian Grass-Fed Lamb Backstrap from My Meat Man — pan-seared rare with rosemary, garlic and Provençal herbs, a magnificent match for the Séguret's red plum, garrigue and Southern Rhône character.
