Bird in Hand is one of the Adelaide Hills' most respected estates. The Shiraz is their fuller-bodied cool-climate expression, riper than the Syrah but still carrying the spice and lift that defines cool-climate Shiraz.

Tasting Notes

Deep crimson. Black pepper, blueberry, dark cherry, plum, dried herbs and a touch of mocha. The palate is medium to full-bodied with ripe tannins and a long, peppery finish.
