Vasse Felix is the founding estate of Margaret River, established in 1967 by Dr Tom Cullity — the pioneer who first recognised the region's potential for world-class Cabernet Sauvignon. The Heytesbury is the estate's flagship Cabernet blend and sits at the very top of their range.

The 2011 vintage is a composed, mature expression of Cabernet Sauvignon-led blending, supported by Petit Verdot and Malbec, with Cabernet playing the dominant role. Aged for 18 months in French oak (around 60% new), it reflects both power and refinement in equal measure.
