Aged in French oak barriques (40%) new for 2 years. Kym Teusner is a dab hand at coaxing terrific wines out of some of the best vineyards the Barossa has to offer. Pure, balanced and true to both its region and variety, the wine offers gorgeous blackberry and plum fruits, cut through with baking spice, licorice and earth. Pitch-perfect fruit intensity and weight, fine chocolatey tannins and a supple, bright-eyed finish that trails off with detail and clarity.
