UTOPOS is a small, focused Barossa producer drawing on old-vine Shiraz from two of the valley's most celebrated sub-regions — Marananga, known for its plush, generous fruit, and Greenock, known for its structure and depth. The blend of Shiraz with a small portion of Mataro adds complexity and texture, while two years of maturation in French oak hogsheads gives the wine the framework to age magnificently.
