Japanese single grain whisky from the Chita distillery, this is very soft with honey, butterscotch and vanilla aromas. One of the selection of fantastic distilleries owned by Suntory. This is their main expression - a whisky matured in a combination of Sherry, bourbon and (interestingly) wine casks.

A key part of the Hibiki belnds (alongside Hakushu and Yamazaki) the Chita grain whisky is what gives those expressions the soft elegance which binds the flavour together.
